As a family member i realize it can be a real hassle trying to get medical care. My family and i have used the Vilseck dental clinic without a problem since arriving in. Germany. The staff at the clinic has always been courteous and accommodating. I done to know what kind of dental problem the writer was having but there Are ways to get seen without an appointment. Sick Call is every Day also. In be sat in the waiting room after sick Call hours and have seen a patient walk in without an appointment stating that his new Den Tures were hurting arid he was seen shortly after sighing in. Granted the lady should have been treated better by whoever talked with her but i think the Community needs to know what a Good clinic Vilseck is. This was an unfortunate incident. As a nurse when i seek medical care i try to be understanding since i know firsthand How things can be. Unforeseen delays or emergencies can pop up at any time and this changes everything. I Hope this family member can perhaps give the clinic another Chance. I think everyone has had a bad experience with the medical system in europe., however this occurs in the states too. My hat goes off to the folks at the Vilseck dental clinic. A Patty my acc Amburg Germany a a were there there has always been much said about who did what in All the a Day celebrated activities. No mention is Ever made about the months before a Day. It is Well known by scholars and historians that in the months prior to the a big Kickoff a the participating troops worked hours unending storing up ail he necessary supplies and survival necessities in preparation for the big jump. And then on a Day the Brave and heavy Laden warriors stormed ashore under fire but equally returning the fire. Well supported they were by the Shell fire from the ships and the bombs from the planes in the sky. Jim sure that the pilots and the men aboard the ships worked hard to have the firepower they used ready for the event. In a sure they had All they needed because we made it All possible. A Day done the fighting had just begun. They moved ahead with courage and Confidence with what they could carry and they could get by on what they captured knowing full Well that As soon As they made a Large enough ground gain we would be there with showers rations and clean dry socks and More tropical chocolate bars. Its funny but somebody forgot to mention How All this was possible. It is a Well known fact that the greatest fighting forces on Earth need supporting elements in our Case called the quartermaster corps. It was the Jmc that set in the Supply Points supplied the dry socks and chocolate bars and the engineers furnished the showers and the ordinance corps stocked All the bombs and hauled it in and collected a return Load of broken parts an engine from a tank or plane. But often our return Load would be blood soaked mattress covers which doubled As body sacks. A. We hauled it All because we were and still Are the United states army transportation corps truckers. I agree with his punishment. He is not a a boy a he is 18 years old and should know better than to vandalize property. He knew of the consequences when he did what he did. When living in someone else a country one should abide by its Laws. Expecting to be treated As someone special just because he is a . Citizen is completely unfair. I cannot believe president Clinton wrote a letter to Singapore. Since when did everyone in the world have to abide by our own Laws yes the beating would be considered cruet and unusual punish ment in the United states however it Isnit cruel and unusual punishment in Singapore. I bet Michael Fay will think twice before breaking the Law again. A Teresa a. The following reasons Tell Why i think Hunting endangered animals is wrong. My first reason is How would the Hunters like to be hunted and have their head or Teeth mounted on a Wall in a sure they like it. My second reason is in a sure the Hunters grandchildren would like to see the animals in zoos natural Parks or even in the wild rather than in endangered animals books. My last reason is when they re gone you can never get them Back. Look at the dinosaurs. They Are gone and All Vic have is books. A Robyn s. Perkins Pitburg a Germany smoking is not of i strongly believe that smoking is not of. Most people think it is but it is not. Here Are some reasons Why smoking can be dangerous to your health. It can cause lung cancer. It can cause heart disease. It can also cause emphysema. Your family and friends May want you to stay healthy. I for one do riot want y of to die. Smoking will make you smell bad. Most people who arc non smokers will not want to hang around you. You might like smoking but you have to think about the non smokers. They probably done to like the smell of the smoke. Smoking can also Cost a lot of Money. With the Money you use for cigarettes you can buy something for yourself besides cigarettes. A lot of people die each year from smoking. Smoking is not Worth dying for. Maybe you Are next. Are you a Justin Jackson Pitburg a Germany. T. Recycling helps us All i am a at Pitburg mid dle school. I strongly believe that everyone should Recycle paper. Below Are some reasons Why. If we would Recycle paper we would use fewer Trees than we do today. We would use the same piece of paper rather than cutting Down one tree for some paper. We will have More Trees Only if everyone would Recycle and not Cut Down Trees. Trees give off oxygen for us to breathe. If we Cut Down Trees All tie time there wont be any left to give off oxygen. We would save natural resources. We Only have so Many and people Are cutting them Down. I would like to save the Trees. We could All save the Trees if we Recycle All the paper we can. Some animals need Trees for Shade. Some build their Homes in Trees. If we Cut Down the Trees we Are destroying them and their Homes. A. A what if you were a Bird and someone came and Cut Down your Home 1 bet you would not like that at All. So please Recycle your paper. A Ross Russell Pitburg a Germany a a a a a a clean up after pets i feel strongly about picking up after your pets. Some people Are not doing that. There Are several reasons that it bothers me. One is that i do not like stepping in it. You have to Wash your shoes Over and Over again. One pair of my shoes Are worn out because of having to Wash them. Also it does not smell wonderful. My second reason is we All share space on the base. My base is pretty Small to share. It is not fair for All of us to have to step in a dog stuff that is in our Yards Parks and sidewalks. In my opinion that is not fair at All. My third reason is it really really does not add a very Lovely touch. I and Many others Are getting tired of it. A Diana veal Pitburg a Germany prom may2z,1974.
