Why does their purchasing department behave As though they have no experience and no inventory system has anyone noticed that surly employees tend to be the Rule and not the exception nowhere have i seen such poor representation by employees of their organization. Get rid of the losers and promote the deserving. Give those individuals married to service members an incentive to continue working for cafes at their next duty station. These were relatively minor inconveniences until the cafes contractor that employed my wife failed to pay her. I went through my unit and found eight volunteers to attend these classes. I tried to get her to change the dates due to a Field training exercise. I was told the dates were locked in and each individual would have to sign up on their own starting on july 5 at 11 10 . On july 5 she was not in the office. I tried to Call in the afternoon and All i could get was the answering machine As i did july 6. I believe the system is broken. We ought to pay ithe answering machine the Money she gets paid.
