This was necessary for the Morris Center to receive accreditation from the air Force. Daryl has been a scout for seven years and has earned 21 Merit badges. Brian Weisman 17, is the son of David and Barbara Weisman. Brian is a Junior at Heidelberg High school in Ger Many. His project consisted of organizing and conducting a Holiday food drive for needy families in the Heidelberg Community. As a result of the drive More than 3,000 food items were collected and Distri Butch. Brian has been a scout for nine years and has earned 24 Merit badges. Andrew Wienandt 15, the son of Artand Mary Wienandt just finished his freshman year at Liberty county High school in i Husville a. For his project Andrew organized the final cleanup an restoration of the Liberty county Kecy cling farm to facilitate the changeover to regional recycling centers. He also con ducted the publicity Campaign for the project. Andrew has been a scout for eight years and has completed 34 Merit badges. He previously was a member of troop 76 at Camp Darby Italy. Anthony Sean Hall 17, the son of Robert Glosser and Karen Hall recently graduated from Fulda High school in Germany. For his project Anthony organized a toy and food drive for under privileged soldiers and refugee families in the Fulda Community. Anthony who is the last Eagle scout in the Fulda comm no Tyllas been a scout for More than six years and has completed 35 Merit badges. Jchristian Perks 17, the son of Carey and Peggy Perks recently completed his Junior year. At Vilseck High school in Ger Many. For his project Christian built painted scripted and installed 370 sets of shutters for the Community housing area in Grafe Wohr. The project had More than 40 volunteers who logged More Perks than -1,400 hours. Christian has been a scout for nine years and has earned 21 Merit badges
