The report states that Jack o Reilly principal of Hanau s Portfield Elemen tary school said Jenkins ordered him to prohibit meetings of a congregation from the non Catholic Church of Christin god after school hours. O Reilly said Jenkins told him the Church of Christ was not a sanctioned religion the re port said. O Reilly ignored Jenkins and allowed the congregation to continue meeting until it was sanctioned. The congregation subsequently moved to Pioneer Cavern in Hanau. Chandler originally filed her complain against Jenkins because he issued her a letter of reprimand for rudeness to customers in late january although Jenkins is not in her Chain of command. Chandler who is French and Catholic also alleged that Jenkins had practice age gender National origin and religious discrimination when he changed her work ing hours and referred to her As a Secre tary rather than a social services assist ant. The report on the claim cleared Jenkins of age gender and National origin discrimination in the Case. The Leo report cited an earlier undated army investigation into the claims of harassment that apparently cleared Jenkins of the charges. However the re port noted that Only Jenkins was inter viewed for the investigation.
