Nevertheless there Are some very important american interests there such As providing for humanitarian Relief for a lot of suffer ing people trying to bring an end to the War through negotiations and trying to keep this War from spreading to neighbouring states so we have had a rather wide Agenda even though we have not had substantial number of troops on the ground.". -.
