A gov. Lurleen Wallace s Conten Tion that a recent poll of Alabama parents showed a one sided preference for of their own race ran into Sharp questioning saturday from a Federal judge who won dered whether it really prove anything. The poll was introduced before a three judge court to sup port the governor s Contention that parents in Large measure disagree with desegregation of school faculties and that a new state Law would give them constitutional right to choose the race of teachers for their children. No Legal choices Justice department attorney argued that no matter what the polls show the new Law sought to let parents make Choice that he contended they cannot legally make since the same court has already ordered faculties desegregated.
