Free More schools Brindisi Simonella and Livorno will be playing football this year. Livorno played the game until last year but it was decided that the Lions would abandon football with the opening of Simonella and Brindisi because they were deemed too Small to compete with the likes of Aviano Naples and Vicenza. However this year the pendulum has changed the other Way and All the schools in Italy will be playing football. Whether the Small three will play eight Man or 11-Man foot Ball has t been determined As yet. According to Dodd eur sports coordinator Don Drakulich the option rests with the smaller school when any of them play Aviano Naples or Vicenza. It s whatever can be worked out Drakulich said by Telephone tuesday. If the coaches can agree they can play either the eight Man or 11-Man variety. However if no agreement can be reached then the Small team s preference shall be honoured. It s Good that everybody wants to play football again. It gives everybody a pretty decent schedule seven games and no byes. Drakulich said that there would be two league champions determined the Livorno Brindisi Simonella league and the Aviano Naples Vicenza setup. He also said that there will be no regular schedule in Golf this year but that the schools would hold an Italy championship at Naples oct. 7-8.
