Cuban sympathy charged Molina contacted by Telephone in Miami on tuesday said that in a press briefing in Managua last saturday he described two state department officials As pro cuban and  the two he named Are Patricia Derian assistant Secretary of state for human rights and humanitarian affairs and Mark Schneider an aide to de Rian. He said he described another state department official Robert pastor a nation Al Security Council adviser on latin Amer Ica As not Friendly to the Somoza government but did not say he was pro marxist. Somoza said tuesday that Molina was not speaking for the nicaraguan govern ment. Molina agreed saying he made the remarks As director of the american nicaraguan Trade Council. Asked Why he described the two state department officials As pro marxists Molina said that Derian and Schneider have been making repeated human rights de mands upon the Somoza government while ignoring the Lack of human rights in Cuba. State department spokesman Carter expressed concern tuesday about the reported arrests of a number of opposition Politi Cal leaders in Nicaragua. He said the United states believes repressive Mea sures cannot contribute to the goal of a peaceful and democratic solution in Nicaragua. Atom physicist defected to Russ in 50 Pontecorvo visiting Italy Rome a Bruno Pontecorvo the nuclear physicist who defected to the soviet Union in 1950, returned wednesday to his native Italy and said he had never worked on a nuclear bomb. Nunn May was convicted of espionage in Canada in 1946. Meanwhile Pontecorvo moved on to Britain took up British citizenship and started work in 1949 in the Harwell atomic Center. Klaus Fuchs an associate of his there was convicted of spying in 1950. After 18 months at Harwell Pontecorvo resigned to become a professor at the University of Liverpool but never took up the Post. In the summer of 1950, he and his swedish wife and their three children left on an italian Holiday. He went secretly to the soviet Union in August via Stockholm and Helsinki.
