What Type of knife to buy How much to spend buy the knife Best suited to the Job or jobs that you plan to tackle. Spend As much As your pocketbook will allow to get a qual Ity knife you can take Pride in. The experts used to advise against stainless steel for Blades on any but fishing knives and it May still be True that Good Carbon steel Blades have an advantage Over stainless ones in obtaining an absolute razor Edge but technical advances have produced stainless steel which is almost equal to Carbon steels in that respect.
