This card says in essence that my husband gives me his Penn non to write checks on my personal account \ was told this is to protect his paycheck in Case the Check bounces. I have three questions 1. Why do 1 need is permission to write a Check on my account 2. If the Check is bad can t the govern ment take the Money out of my paycheck and if not Why not 3. Why can t family members who arc employed in government service get an id which will allow them to write and Cash checks without using their husband s so Cial Security number.
