Jarry it Clinton said Friday he was impressed with the commitment of Tho health care providers particularly at a time when the military health system has been under an extraordinary amount of  he said  reports have distorted Iso lated incidents of bad care by indicating that they were representative of military healthcare. Clinton said he was impressed with the residential treatment programs Al though the waiting period before a per son can get into them is longer than he would like. The programs generally had a waiting time of about two months he said. He was not encouraging about getting significantly More Money for expanding the programs however.
