We took a taxi to where my husband was supposed to report in. We got there and were there for about in hours then they arranged for us to go to a hotel. My husband had a sponsor signed to him for two Days. Me was also told he would have 30 Days off to gel a place to live. After the two Days we no longer had a sponsor and we were on our own. We walked All Over Frankfurt trying to find a place to live and we had no idea where to look or any thing about Frankfurt. My husband got one week off instead of the 30 Days. We had no one to turn to for help or advice we were promised All kinds of help but never received any at All. I have been ready to go Home since we have arrived. If this is the Way the military treats its people and families no wonder there arc so Many problems. I have spoken Wilh about 10 other people spouses who have encountered the same problems. We took a place that we did not want but had to because of the Lack of help. My husband is seriously thinking about getting out after this tour even though he Wilt have two years left to finish a 20-Yc- r career. He docs not want to lose his family because of inc military and the Way things have been since we have arrived.
