Up a new Hampshire judge ruled Friday that Dartmouth College violated its own rules by firing Joe Yukica and must re Instate him As head fix tall coach. Stressing that his ruling applied Only to  s con tract Superior court judge Walter Murphy said Dart Mouth athletic director Ted Eland could not dismiss Yukica without obtaining formal approval from the col lege s athletic Board.  fired Yukica the Day after thanksgiving with i years remaining on his contract. Murphy said his temporary restraining order would be come final feb. 20, 1986. Unless  could prove to the court that he had the authority to fire Yukica or there was a formal Vole by the 16-Mcmbcr athletic Council approving Yukica s dismissal. If the College complies with either option the judge said he would hold hearings on the dispute and consider the College s motion that the Case be dismissed.
