The Victory gave the Nordques who Are 42-30-5 for 89 Points i hair first Adams division title since they entered the National hockey league in the 1979-80 season. The loss meanwhile severely damaged the Kings play off Hopes. This is about As Good a round As i be Ever played especially considering the difficulty of the Golf course said Mahaffey whose last Victory came in the 1985 Texas open.
