If there is a salad bar and you re Lucky enough to get to it while it s stocked hopefully with something no drowned in salad Oil you la at least get your carbohydrates. Then possibly your base is Lucky enough to have a Bowling Alley or acc Center where you can Chow Down on some High Cal High fat French Fries hamburgers doubt they re made with lean meal either or a Greasy pizza. Of course As a last resort there s the no club which just might As in maybe be serving something not deep Fried breaded barbecued or buttered. Great.
