The two officials overseas education association president Jack Rollins and Marie Sainz Funaro of the overseas federation of teachers will testify oct. 27, during Posl of fice and civil service committee hearings aimed at changing the overseas teachers pay and personnel practices act and the defense dependents education act of 1978.
