Good things you said about Sioux a City were True. The generosity and marvelous spirit of Volant chrism demonstrated by residents of Sioux City made the papers All Over the country. Thou Sands of people rushed 10 offer blood. In fact so much blood was collected in Sioux City that the excess was shipped to other cities around the country. Everyone was moved by the 25 lifeguards who volunteered their Lime at the temporary morgue set up at the Airport. The phones at the hospitals police stations and social service agencies were ringing around the clock people calling in to offer housing transportation and meals to family members of victims who were Rushing to Sioux City to inquire about the Fate of their loved ones. Thousands of residents of Sioux City from every walk of life stood together eager to help alleviate the pain and suffering. When i left Iowa Many years ago i thought it was a great place to be from. Circumstances brought me Back and i am so Happy that i chose to return and raise my family Here.
