Connie Ludwig who works in the Darmstadt police department s drug enforcement Branch said it was even easier. She said they can be purchased in just about any German gym. It is forbidden to sell steroids but not forbidden to buy or take them Ludwig said. They can be pre scribed by a doctor and arc sold in drug stores on presenting a prescription.
