If you re still trying to figure out what to give that special person and you d prefer something More imaginative than the traditional Box of store bought Candy consider making one of the following recipes. The giant chocolate Chip cookie heart lakes about v/2 hours to Complete. Decorate it with chocolate icing rosettes and write an appropriate message across the top i love you be mine Happy Valentine s Day or something racier. If you re really pressed for time or if you just Don t want to tackle making a Francily decorated giant cookie then whip up a Batch of Graham Cracker brownies. Stir in the chocolate chips to make a heart Mold for the giant cookie tear off a piece of aluminium a Sweet treat for your Valentine foil 12 inches wide and is inches Long Cut the Oil Lengthwise into 3 strips. Each 4 inches wide and 18 inches Long crinkle each strip into a Long thin  attach one Snake to the other end to end by twisting the ends together. Do this for the remaining strip of foil finally making a Large Circle of crinkled foil. Form the Circle into the shape of a heart approximately 12 inches Long and 12 inches wide measuring across the widest parts of the heart. Place the aluminium foil heart Mold on the buttered cookie Sheet and butter the inside Edge of the Mold using a rubber Spatula spread All of the cookie dough in an even layer inside the heart Mold pushing the dough out to the Edge of the heart Mold to fill it completely. Make sure that the dough is evenly distributed within the Mold bake at pre heated 350 f for 12 to 14 minutes or until the top of the cookie is lightly and evenly browned. After the cookie has cooled for 5 minutes on the baking Sheet run a Large knife under it to loosen i1 from the pan. Let the cookie Cool completely on the baking Sheet then Peel away the aluminium foil around the edges carefully Transfer the cookie to a Large serving Platter or piece of heavy cardboard covered with aluminium foil for a special touch cover the top of the Platter or the foil with a layer of Lacy paper doilies decorate the cookie Only after it has cooled completely make chocolate decorator icing recipe below press the icing through a cake decorator fitted with a Small Star Point decorate the entire Edge of the heart with a Row of icing rosettes.
