But what happened Friday night in game 5 was no joke. It was a disgrace. Referee Terry Gregson and his Crew lost control of the game Early and the later it got the uglier it got. The Way these teams went at each other with every dirty ploy you a have thought they were auditioning for membership in a Street gang instead of the Adams division final. Hockey you a see More hockey in a Broomall league than the whalers and Bruins played in the third period. If you re scoring at Home there were 36 penalties a 24 for roughing a and five goals. In the third period a 22 penalties and 0 goals a the teams finally got their priorities right. Who needs a puck and a net when you can spend the night beating each other up incidentally the Bruins won 3-2 and took a 3-2 Lead in this Best of seven series. They won because with l minute 53 seconds left in the second period whalers goalie Peter Sidorkiewicz cleared the puck onto the stick of 55-goal scorer Cam Neely at Point Blank Range and Neely buried it in the net. Establishment of a quota system on team sports will minimize the potential for displacement of soldiers. D. I do not believe that there will be Many civilians family members who will qualify in the Community sports program. E. Separate divisions for civilians family members in individual sports programs will not displace soldiers from advancing to higher Headquarters Competition. F. Each individual Community commander still retains final decision As to whether or not civilians family members Are allowed to participate in their sports program a this Only serves As another option. G. Civilians family members will improve availability of participants in the Community sports program especially women which will in turn improve continuity of the Community sports program especially women. The army european championships Are not Usa eur championships therefore Are not governed by restrictions prohibiting civilian family member participation that have been enforced in previous years. K. In response to Baum older boycotting the army european championships and Nairn Borg hosting a championship solely for soldiers the Only thing that could come out of this would be a Black Eye on sports in Europe by sending out a message loud and Clear that civilians Are truly not part of the a total army  in closing i would like to see this controversy finally put to rest by allowing civilians family members throughout Usa eur the Opportunity to participate at higher level competitions at both the unit level and Community level programs.
