The Rijk museum Vincent Van Gogh in Amsterdam will show 130 of Van Gogh s paintings and 250 drawings will be on display at the Rijk museum Kroller Muller in Osterlo about an hour outside Amsterdam. Tickets May be purchased in Advance at travel agencies. A from May through september the tiny bavarian Village of Oberammergau will become an International gathering Point while it performs its passion play. Except for special anniversaries the play is Only produced every 10 years so tickets Are at a Premium. According to the tourist office in Oberammergau All the tickets for this year s performances have already been sold. Some have been sold in blocks to travel agencies so it is still possible to Book a tour that includes viewing a performance of the passion play. Those who do not want to go on a tour and Don t mind taking a Chance can travel to Oberammergau and Hope to get one of the few tickets that Are returned. A Stockholm Sweden will Host the world equestrian games from july 24 to aug. 5. A the world cup soccer tournament takes place in several cities in Italy june 8 to july 8.
