Students under 23 years of age who attend a full time program at an accredited institution in the United states qualify for the program. Eligible students Are allowed one round trip flight per year from their school to their sponsors duty station. Trips cannot be accumulated and cannot be in the same direction twice in a year. Students must have a current passport and a valid identification card. Those who have not used their round trip entitlement and who leave school must travel within 30 Days of quitting school to qualify for movement overseas.
