Businesses Are notorious for Energy waste. A turn off the television when no one has been watching for five minutes. It can always be turned Back on. A turn off the water faucet while brushing Teeth. A Wash laundry Only when you have a full Load. A Recycle newspapers aluminium cans plastic soft drink bottles and All types of Glass Mayonnaise and Jelly jars mouthwash bottles Beer bottles Etc. You will be surprised How much Glass you have been throwing away. A buy products packaged in paper or cardboard whenever possible. Avoid plastic items or items in a plastic wrap. If it costs a few pennies More consider it your contribution toward saving the environment. A package sandwiches for lunches in reusable plastic containers instead of plastic wrap. Use Brown paper lunch bags Over and Over. A use napkins paper towels and toilet paper conservatively and buy Only White. The dyes in coloured paper Are pollutants. A use Public transportation whenever possible. Keep your Auto in tune a no a Blue  done to dump used Oil from your car Down any Drain. Check with your chamber of Commerce for companies that accept used Oil. A done to litter. Pick  trash when and wherever you see it. Set a Good example for your children. It seems that mar can to afford to pay our umpires for the company level softball games and probably Flag football also. Of so our Small Post can Only Field about eight to 10 teams. Does that mean that we done to rate paid officials last year their pay went Down from $10 a game to $7.50 a game. Now they want them to do it for free. I have never been an Umpire but i think its fair to say that they do deserve to be paid. This is a program organized and operated by the units on duty time. The goal of the program is 100 percent participation. Participation includes playing coaching and officiating. Soldiers Are being a a tasked to officiate the same As soldiers Are being a a tasked to play. To compensate these Soldier officials for their services is not authorized and not the intent of the program. The off duty program or what is locally called the company level program or recreation intramural sports program is organized and operated by Community recreation sports. Individuals Are Able to receive compensation for their officiating services if they Are in an Oft duty status. The maximum compensation fees Are established by Usa eur but there is no minimum. The actual fees paid Are based on funds available and priorities established by the individual communities.
