Brown and Schwartz Are two of five children of retired Navy Apt. Michael Schwartz and his wife Patricia of Elpaso Texas. Patricia Schwartz is a former Navy wave. Brown has been unable to get through by Telephone to the embassy in Kuwait. A recording saying that lines to Kuwait Are blocked interrupts when she dials.
