Ramstein a Ken Curvin who look the last three Csc tournaments and the 1988 Safe tournament at Berlin beat out teammate Fred Lindstrom by three strokes with a 292 total and Butler by five. Ramstein a John Degreef and Darryl Poe and berlins Dave Wallasky round out the Csc open contingent. A Alconbury a Ron Membrilla making his fourth straight appearance at Safe prevailed in the .
