This question is not about mail its about using phones to Call your loved ones or family. I have experienced phone Calls to Home where you have Only 10 minutes to finish a conversation. In a sure others will agree this is wrong. Some soldiers drive almost 10 Miles just to Call Home and they stand in a 2-hour line for a 10-minute conversation. My fellow marines and i have received numerous cards letters and packages from american citizens under the a any Scricc member program. Some of these Loyal citizens Are elderly people in nursing Homes single mothers and fathers and a variety of Blue Collar americans. We were satisfied with what we receive and if by some slim Chance we weren to we certainly  have published it in a nationally publicized column. To both staff sergeants you should be ashamed of this childish display of selfishness. A sgt. . Its unbelievable what we go through As single parents trying to make ends meet while living on the German Economy and paying for child care especially if you Are a Low ranking single Parent. It seems As though our problems Are swept under the carpet. / a if we can to afford to live off base then that needs to be looked at. Military couples with no children can afford to live off base. If they lived off base then maybe those who desperately need to live on base would be Able to do so.
