Granted Ann we re not perfect and handling Over 500 million pieces a Day nationwide some of the mail is bound to be delayed or ruined by sorting machines but most of the problems Are due to carelessness on the part of the sender. Another sticking Point is the zip code. Are you aware that most of your mail is sorted and routed by zip code a a a if your letter is addressed a Lake Mary Al 92746, Correct zip is 32746 that letter will go to California unless a Sharp eyed clerk catches it.
