I May use a Long White Cane or dog guide to walk independently or i May ask to take your Arm. Let me decide. And please done to grab my Arm. Let me take yours. Ill keep a half step behind to anticipate curbs and Steps. 3. I want to know who a in the room with me. Speak to me when you enter. And please introduce me to the others. Include the children and Tell me if there a a cat or dog. 4. A partially opened door to a room Cabinet or car can be a Hazard to me. I have an intense fear of bees hornets and wasps. In a sure this will seem silly to Many but there May be others who share this crazy fear although i have never met them. Over the years my fears have intensified. It is very embarrassing at times. Whenever i hear anything that sounds like a Bee a an electric razor a buzzing sound on the radio a i have a panic attack until i can locate the source. I rarely go outdoors in the summertime thank god i work in an office and i never Wear perfume in the daytime during Bee season. When i do gather the courage to go to a Barbecue or some other outdoor event i either leave Early or stay inside the car. There must be a place for me to a a escape to or i wont even consider going. My last apartment was chosen with great consideration for its landscaping. There Are no Flowers or Bushes to attract bees. I am so deathly afraid of bees that i have a jumped out of a moving car b left a 2-year-old child in the Middle of the Street c run out into traffic and done other outrageous things in a panic while trying to escape from bees. Dear Ann Landers my husband and i have a difference of opinion regarding the upbringing of our 13-month-old child. Here a the problem my Mother who temporarily lives with us was born in Germany but Speaks impeccable English. My husband insists that my Mother will confuse our child by speaking or singing to him in German. Is he right or wrong serious disagreement in Illinois dear serious he a wrong. Children who grow up in bilingual families do not become conf ised. Speaking in two languages is natural for them. In today a world the child who is bilingual or trilingual has a big advantage. Therefore i urge you to work through your phobia with a therapist who specializes in banishing such fears.
