The officials suspect teen agers from the installations housing area Are the culprits who have marked and gouged hallway Walls stolen exit signs and discharged fire extinguishers said col. Hospital staff members have seen the teen agers at night on weekends and during holidays. But some teens who live in the housing area located within a five minute walk of the Hospital said the culprits Are either american teens who live in another housing area or German Young people.
