Marques Harvey of Zaragoza Spain and Serena Mosley of Brun sum Netherlands put their knowledge to a test and outscored their Peers to earn spots in the Senate youth program. The pair represented the defense departments overseas school system in a visit to the nations capital earlier this month. They were joined by two students from each . State along with two representatives from the District of Columbia. Although a scheduled breakfast with president Bush fell through for the 104 participants they did receive a White House tour and a glimpse of Bush climbing into his limousine said Harvey a 16-year-old Junior. The Germany Atlantic and Mediterranean school regions each nominated two students and a committee at Dodds Headquarters in Washington selected the two winners.
