In a no mathematical Genius but even i can Tell that the $46 per hour i was paying for upper division courses at Cameron University in Lawton okla., seemed to be a Little better bargain than the $95 per hour charged by us. Of course us will come Back and say something to the effect that the difference in Price is because it is not state subsidized Etc. The article went on to compare the european costs with those of non resident stateside costs to show How much of a bargain we would be getting. If i remember right at least where i have been stationed in my 17 years military personnel and for the most part dependents Are not required to pay the non resident fee for going to a state College or University. This makes the comparison so much junk. The Point i am trying to make is this maybe $95 per hour is a Good Price for going to school while in Europe but Maryland should not try to do a Snow Job on people by spreading a false claim that it is a Uch a Good bargain compared with going to school in the states. I am sure us is doing a great Job. In Good Faith i filed an unemployment claim for two weeks Only because i found employment immediately. The Indianapolis unemployment commission did not process my claim Straightaway because it disputed the Issue that i quit voluntarily. I explained to her that on the whole military families of the same Caliper As civilian families do not make the same income partly because spouses must Start Over every time they move. I explained to the commissioner that i Wasny to complaining the military life has been a Good one for our family but i Felt we were making sacrifices that most civilians done to recognize. Spouses Are being penalized in a number of areas in the working world mostly because we cannot stay in one place for any length of time.
