The Sphinx 65 feet High and 240 feet Long is the body of a lion with a human head. It is believed to be Shafra s effigy. The Beard and nose Are missing. But places that Aren t mentioned in travel brochures reflect the culture of the land and should be seen. Chief among these Are the Camel Market and City of the dead. Merchants at the Camel Market not Only sell camels but sell donkeys goats sheep and horses As Well As food clothing carts and other Odds and ends.
