Near the lop was an enclosed observation deck in which maybe three to four people could stand at one time. The top was an open observation deck with a Large Searchlight and a Small railing. The watchtowers were placed so that people in one Tower could observe the others on their right and left. Bunkers were used on Windy Days be cause the second generation towers which were top heavy would blow Over. In areas where they could not observe each others towers there would be dog runs. Everything that you buy and recall or Mark Down cuts into your profit margin.
