The Abc television show Day one reported monday that Mohnke provided information to the Cia after his release from Crison in the soviet Nion in 1955. In Exchange Abc said the Cia gave him an unspecified sum of Money and a guarantee that he would not be prosecuted for alleged involvement in world War ii atrocities. Abc said Mohnke told the Cia about fellow nazi officers who had returned to West Germany from soviet prison Camps and were suspected communist sympathizers.
