Woodstock 94 bore a Strong resemblance to the original 1969 Rock festival right Down to the fans who would t have missed it for the world. Longing for a Shower and a Good meal mud caked fans packed up their tents and sleeping bags monday and straggled Home. The promoters had meticulous plans for Distant parking lots and shuttle buses for people who paid $135 each for tick ets. But about 200,000 tickets were sold and authorities estimated there were 350,000 people saturday at the crowd s Peak. On Friday fans waited for hours in parking lots because wristbands to identify those who paid had t arrived. The lots filled quickly and one fifth of the nearly 50,000 spaces were lost to haphazard parking police estimated. Some ticket holders arrived to find no room to Park.
