Tobin said aviators Are required to Fly a certain amount of missions at night and this program makes it easier for them to meet the requirements. Not Only do we realize a beef up in night hours flown but also the Low level night flight course is used and we get a Chance to work with the combat support company s pathfinders. That s something that under a War time environment we Dhave to  Tobin said helicopters can t Fly without maintenance so maintenance Crews also work the reverse Cycle. Instead of trying to find personnel or hoping that helicopter specialists Are on hand waiting for a possible problem we be got 80 per cent of the company working Tobin said.
