Wiesbaden went into the weekend action leading the league but the previously unbeaten warriors were upset by Kaiserslautern and now Trail Frankfurt with a 2-1-1 record. The game was a defensive matchup for a half with Frankfurt emerging with a 7-3 Lead. The offence took Over after intermission and each team scored seven Points in the third period and 14 in the final 12 min utes. Frankfurt took the opening Kickoff and marched 59 Yards in 11 plays to take a 7-0 Lead. The big plays were a 23-Yard Jon Doig to Rod Davis pass and an 11-Yard Doig to Mark Harris toss.
