Carter nipped Auter Huis at the tape in finishing in 11 58 and Wei Brincken won the dual meet 23-34.in the boys Competition Karlsruhe s Chuck Schwarz set a record Over the four mile layout that will be will be the site of the Germany championships oct. 29.
