Mediator James Healy met separately with postal service and Union negotiators to outline the facts and figures he wants for this week s bargaining sessions. Healy a Harvard professor Given the Power to arbitrate the dispute if talks fail to reach a settlement by sept. 16, met for three hours with the negotiators in the tightly guarded Headquarters of the Feder Al mediation and conciliation service. Healy told reporters after the talks that postal service and Union leaders promised to deliver the requested material to him.
