John n. Erlenborn r.-ih., primary sponsor of the amendment known As title 14, said that the effective Date would be sept. 1,1979.among the other features of title 14 is the provision for a transportation allowance for Dodds dormitory  Cardinale Dodds director said that provision will relieve a financial Burden on those parents who pay for round trip transportation of their dependents to the dormitory schools. School lunch act he said another key feature of title 14 is the provision that Dodds students can now enjoy the benefits of the National school lunch act and the child nutrition act.
