The report recommends that the Missouri Board of architects professional engineers and land surveyors take disciplinary action against the engineers which could include suspension or revocation of their licenses. James Dutsch chairman of the state commission that investigated the incident said the engineers failed to per form tests needed to ensure the safety of the connections which held up the skywalk.
