These costs include Cost of duplicating service notary fees bonding fees for replacement of Stock or Bond certificates the extra Cost of gift wrapping if the gift wrapped article was enclosed in another Container for mail handling. Cost of outer Container if specially designed and constructed for goods sent. The established fair Market value of Stamps and coins having philatelic or numismatic value As deter mined by a recognised stamp or Coin dealer. Federal stale or City sales tax paid on articles which Are lost or totally damaged. Postage paid for sending damaged articles fur re pair. The insurance fee is not reimbursable. What claims will not be honoured indemnity will not be paid if a claim is filed More than one year from the  the article was mailed or if the duplicate claim or inquiry is not initiated within six months of the original claim filing Dale.
