Karpo Wicz former principal of the department of defense dependents school school in Pusan South Korea has pleaded guilty to charges of embezzlement income tax Eva Sion and making false statements a spokeswoman for the army criminal investigation come said. The charges against Karpowicz who was tired May 4,1984, stemmed from the disappearance of More than $500,000 in government funds while be was responsible for accepting tuition payments for children of non military personnel who at tended the school.
