That bottle was purchased at an a a supermarket in Yonkers a suburb of new York City. Several Days after the death of Diane Elsroth 23, an other bottle of tylenol containing cyanide was found in Woolworth s store in Bronxville a few blocks from the a a supermarket. In a statement released by Fri spokesman Lane Bon Ner the Agency said evidence developed earlier in this investigation supported the theory that cyanide had been added to the bottled capsules Independent of the manufacturing process. Our examinations have further determined that it was possible to invade the bottle after packaging was Complete without detection through conventional Means of Examina Tion. Previously undetected signs of tampering have no been discovered using sophisticated scientific Examina  last week the Fri said its tests of the bottles tamper resistant packaging found no evidence of  however spokesman Milt Ahlerich said at that time that the Lack of evidence did not mean there was no tampering. Law enforcement officials familiar with the Case said that although the bottles could have been tampered with anywhere Between manufacture and Sale the new Evi Dence supported the theory that the packaging was Vio lated and the bottles and boxes resealed after they were shipped from the Plant the new York times reported.
