Federal workers protest changes proposed for pay pension benefits Washington a some 300 Federal workers paraded wednesday in front of the White House protest ing president Reagan s proposals to limit government pay increases to 1 percent next year and reduce civil service pension benefits. Effort by the National federation of Federal employees which is seeking repeal of the Gramm Rudman budget balancing Law passed by Congress last year and opposing changes Reagan wants in the Federal retirement system.
