So Why is it that soldiers who Are five to 10 pounds overweight risk being eliminated most of these people can still run do sit  and pass their it test. Consequently a Soldier May very Well meet body fat standards for age and height and yet appear to be overweight due to unwanted deposits of fat in areas such As the Abdomen in men and thighs and hips in women. However with a proper and consistent exercise program complemented by a Well balanced dietary plan those unsightly bulges can be eliminated.
