Blatnick 28, said at a news conference that he recently had chemotherapy treat ments believes they were successful an vowed to compete again. Although Blatnick s doctor has not said he is cured Blatnick said he is optimistic he will recover. Tests will be taken in six to eight months to Monitor his condition. The treatment ended feb. 14 and a cat scan showed the tumor had regressed he said. Blatnick who is unemployed said since learning of the new tumor he was discouraged at times because he had Little Energy. My life has been the ability to go out an throw my Energy around. I watched that kind of disintegrate. It was  Blatnick said he is walking jogging an playing basketball to get in shape. I really do feel Good he said.
