Kaiserslautern american High school took top honors saturday laying claim to the prize held by Cross town rival Ramstein for the past two years. But As the Day went on it got harder and  Ramstein a s cavernous hangar a echoed to the sounds of cheers As judges announced the 1,170.8-Point total of Kaiserslautern was enough to win Best Overall Drill team. The seven High schools represented came from As far away As England and Spain to compete. Winners in the various divisions included inspection first place Ramstein second place Lakenheath High school England and third place Kaiserslautern. Regulation Drill first place Ramstein second place Croughton High school England and third place Laken Heath. Armed exhibition first place Kaiserslautern second place Ramstein and third place Torrejon High school Spain. Unarmed exhibition first place Lakenheath second place Kaiserslautern and third place Torrejon. Color guard first place Kaiserslautern second place Wiesbaden and third place Lakenheath. In the categories for Best Drill command ers Ramstein took Best regular Drill armed exhibition Drill and Best Overall Drill com Mander. Lakenheath won Best unarmed Drill commander. Best color guard com Mander went to Wiesbaden. Drill units from we Bruecken High school Germany also competed. As rifles Fly Kaiserslautern Cadet 1st it. Mike Bryce stands unperturbed
