I always Felt loved cherished and special. Now i am crushed. Immediately after the funeral went to my husband s office to clean out his desk. In the process ran into letters that left no room for doubt. He had carried on a Long term affair with a woman i  was no mention of a parting of the ways so i assume it went on until the end. A widow does not need this kind of pain. My husband death was easier to take than this blow. Please Ann Tell your readers that if they Are leading a double life to destroy the evidence. I am a total wreck Over this discovery and it did t have to happen. No City please. Just bereaved and grieving dear Friend i be dealt with this problem before. Too bad your husband did t see that column. I implore All spouses who Are cheat ing to be aware of the pain that could result from their immoral conduct. For heaven s Sake if you Are dumb enough to write letters Bury them before they Bury you. Dear Ann Landers if i could ask you to give five words of advice to every one who May Ever have to go to a Hospital they would be bring All your medicines along unless you have your medication with you or Haveit accurately memorized you could be lethally under dosed overdosed Cross dosed and even misdiagnosed by doctors who Are forced to guess. I be spent hours with patients trying to identify Little round White Pill i think it starts with d. My doctor knows but he is in new  please bring in everything you take and let us read the labels. Dear Ann Landers i am a 42-year-old single Mother of an adolescent son who causes problems at Home and at school. When i was married my husband was physically abusive. The time is past for fat programs and  cuts Are a fact of life but that does t mean they have to be a hardship. I firmly believe that the kids who live overseas should have the Opportunity to earn Money and Job experience. Jobs however Don to to the needy but to the willing. Work is available it like the rest of us the teen agers need to go out an find it. Here in Wil Flecken we have teens for hire Ajob listing for Youthful entrepreneurs willing to baby sit mow lawns clean houses Wash windows Wal dogs or whatever else they have the Energy and inclination for. The installation Volunteer coordinator has created summer training program for teen volunteers. Teens work in offices at a red Cross acs in the unit Headquarters and other places gaining valuable documented work experience. Our cafes department store and shop Pette have granted licenses to teen agers to work As baggers and carry outs for tips. The possibilities for employment Are limited Only bythe imaginations of the kids and the program directors. Summer hire was a Good thing while it lasted Butanone who claims it was the Only game in town is mistaken. Labor is needed and willing kids who keep their eyes open for opportunities can fill that need. To the fellow bemoaning the loss of the summer hire program i say get to work and find alternatives. With some guidance and a voice of experience backing them up those kids who want jobs will find them. Jave w. When i checked out the cashier handed the can to a summer hire worker who placed it in a bag and handed it to me. In return i was expected to place a tip in the prominently displayed Box at the end of the counter. I thought the summer hire program was designed to introduce Young people to the world of business teach them the meaning of responsibility and give the some experience in How to work with people. This Job does none of these things. Jobs like this one should not be created to accommodate All who want to participate in the summer hire program. It May be unfortunate that enough legitimate jobs do not exist for All the participants but that is the Way the real world of business works. Ism or for motor company will not create a Job for you just be cause you want to work for them. You must be an Assetto them and be productive and hopefully innovative. Don t misconstrue what i am saying to relate to the baggers at the commissary. These people work year round in All kinds of weather conditions and haul Many heavy bags of groceries for their pay. In Addi Tion they do not expect to be paid for doing what was previously done by the cashier one summer hire worker in the Driver s License of fice was operating the computer while the regular employees were handling other matters. Our paper boy sup before the Sun and has our paper to us before we leave for work. He is learning How to Deal with the Public and How to responsibly handle Money. These types of jobs develop skills which will help our Youn people be productive members of society when they join the work Force. Don t think that you Are doing them a favor by providing them jobs like the Coffee Bagger  you Are really doing them a disservice by simply occupying their time and not presenting them with the Opportunity to learn the skills the program was designed to Nur Ture.
