Officials said India would be cited for its restrictions on foreign investment and foreign insurance Compa Nies while Brazil would be cited for its import Licens ing practices. Two congressional sources who both spoke on condition that they not be named said that the unite states also would list five countries for priority negotiations on the Issue of failure to protect . Copy rights and patents. They said another 25 nations would be put on a watch list for possible inclusion in this category in november. The Trade hit list has stirred anger among . Japan ran up a Trade deficit with the United states of $52 billion last year accounting for 44 percent of the total deficit of $119.8 billion making it a prime target for inclusion on the Trade list. While South Korea s deficit of $8.9 billion was among the largest of any nation officials from that country stepped up efforts in the past weeks to reach agreements on the removal of various barriers against . The regulations were issued in March 1988 in accordance with economic embargo Laws affecting Viet Nam Cambodia and North Korea under the trading with the enemy act. They do not prevent veterans from travelling on their own. Mills and Myers have conducted the trips twice yearly since 1984. The seventh and most recent one was in february.
